3 April 2010.. Noon

I started off the this nice spring morning w/ a 6.2mi jog around Seal Beach w/ my brother and our buddie.  We did a nice smooth pace that took us about 1hr 5min.

Since it was a nice day, I decided to take my puppy girl to the dog park:

My friends brought their dogs and here they are sniffing each other!

That's all for now, time to take a nap before my gf and I make TIRAMISU tonight!! pictures will be up soon!
